Safety and Security subscriptions
Essential Safety and Security, Advanced Safety and Security, and Premium Safety and Security provide increasing reporting depth, analytics, and operational insight.
Pricing
MyOPSView pricing is applied to each Complex. Safety and Security Reporting and Energy Management Reporting each offer Essential, Advanced, and Premium subscriptions, with richer feature sets and pricing as the reporting scope increases. MyOPSView subscriptions are purchased individually for each Complex. Enterprise pricing is handled separately for clients with multi-building portfolios.
How pricing works
The subscription level determines the reporting feature set. The sizing component reflects the scale of the client environment: calculated Datapoint Units for Safety and Security, and meter counts for Energy Management. If a client has more than one WinGuard-covered site, software pricing is applied to each Complex while reporting can support comparative views across sites.
Essential Safety and Security, Advanced Safety and Security, and Premium Safety and Security provide increasing reporting depth, analytics, and operational insight.
Essential Energy Management, Advanced Energy Management, and Premium Energy Management provide richer reporting for utility usage, trends, locations, and meter-based analysis.
Software pricing is applied to each Complex. If a client has more than one WinGuard-covered site, each site is priced as its own Complex and requires its own subscription.
Enterprise pricing is a multi-building pricing method for larger clients. For example, clients with five or more buildings can discuss portfolio pricing based on the Premium reporting level at a reduced per-building rate.
Sizing model
Client size is measured by calculated Datapoint Units. Cameras, access control, value devices, and other devices carry different DPU values.
Client size is measured by the number of meters, including main and internal meters.
When multiple sites are covered, reporting can provide comparative views for each site so clients can understand performance across their portfolio.
Commercial channels
End clients should see the same MyOPSView retail pricing whether they purchase directly or through an integrator. When MyOPSView is sold and delivered by an integrator, the integrator must have the appropriate Northport integrator-level contract in place.
Sample based on 500 DPU for a complex. Essential reporting is Euro 49.
Sample based on 5 external meters, with pricing affected by main and internal meters.
Commercial channel details
The pricing mechanisms shown here represent end-client retail pricing for MyOPSView subscriptions installed for a Complex.
Integrator companies may sell, deliver, and maintain the solution for end clients under a Northport integrator-level contract.
The end client must sign the applicable End User License Agreement for any MyOPSView software installed on a server, including deployments delivered through an integrator.
Companies operating WinGuard as a SaaS or control-room service for multiple clients can reach out to Northport to discuss MyOPSView reseller and provider pricing models.
SaaS provider example
MPL Alarm & Communicatie Centrale BV is a long-time Northport customer and reseller of MyOPSView as a SaaS provider. MPL, a subsidiary of Unica, operates a 24/7 control room where operators use Advancis WinGuard to process alarms and events for multiple clients and multiple complexes. MPL resells MyOPSView to provide management reporting to those clients.
Beyond enterprise pricing, Northport can discuss commercial models for WinGuard SaaS providers that deliver MyOPSView reporting to their own end clients.
The model supports providers handling alarms, events, and reporting needs across multiple customers and multiple complexes from a centralized WinGuard operation.
WinGuard SaaS and control-room providers should contact Northport to discuss reseller terms, client licensing, reporting scope, and provider-specific pricing.
